Can I return an item?
Please note: as our products are sold on a second hand basis, products may have small imperfections and blemishes. This is to be expected and can not be used as a reason for return. We do not accept product returns on products that have shown to be fitted incorrectly causing issue. We do not accept product returns on change of mind.
I received a faulty item. What should I do?
Please Note: all our second hand products have individual hidden identifying marks.
In the unlikely event that you receive a product that is faulty we are happy to help you out with a replacement, if the product you have purchased is:
- Significantly different from the description shown
- If it is faulty and can't be easily fixed.
Street Car Culture Team pride themselves in hand checking each item and thoroughly inspecting, all goods before they are sent out to you.
